$195/night, two night minimum

HOLIDAY RATES

$220/night, three night minimum

All stays, regardless of length, will require an $80 cleaning fee,
and $200 deposit, due at the time reservations are made.

RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE HELD WITHOUT THIS PAYMENT

HOLIDAYS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING DATES:

Memorial Day (May 23 - May 26)
Fourth of July (July 3 - July 6)
Labor Day (August 29 - September 1)

Full payment is due within one week of arrival.

Two week cancellation notice is required in order to receive a full refund.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is Noon.
